Can a turbo fit?

How big of a turbo do u think i will be able to fit in my 1996 V6 Lexus Es300? I dont know if this is a stupid question or not but will a T3/4 turbo work. if i got a custom intake manifold. and custom all the piping. And will performance parts like headers, etc. from a 97 V6 work my 96 V6 since they are the same engine.

For the answer to the first part of your question, I suggest you search the web with Google or similar search engine for car and turbo specifics and see what comes up. If it hasn't been done, don't bother unless you feel adventurous and have alot of time.

As for the second part, I suppose (don't know) that the majority of parts from the 97 will fit. Headers are bound to be the exception. The car was redesigned for 97 and headers don't take much to keep them from fitting. I would bet money that they won't fit a 96 without bending or cutting or both. Unless they're a gift, don't bother.
