Power Window Help

First off, thanks for letting me join these forums. After browsing around for a bit, I've already picked up some useful knowledge.

Secondly, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. On the driver's side door control panel, only some of the switches work, and the ones that do work only work one way. The doorlock switch won't work at all > the first tilt switch will only tilt the seat up, not down > the switch that slides the seat forwards and back and up and down will only move the seat forwards and back > the second tilt switch will only tilt the seat down not up > and finally, none of the window switches work (although the window switches on all the other doors do work). Strange thing is, at first, the tilt switches didn't work at all, but after repeatedly hitting the switches, they functioned in a 'stuttering' manner for a moment, then began working normally. I took that entire panel off the door, and all the connections are fine. Forgive my naivety on the matter as I really don't know much about wiring, but if anyone could offer any assistance on the matter, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
