Need to know

Ok i have no idea what the difference between coilovers and just plain springs are...

full coilovers have the spring and the strut matched and come in a set. sleeve type coilovers which is probably what you're thinking of are just springs that can be adjusted to be certain heights. and regular springs are non adjustable.
