Has anyone heard anything about Suspension Techniques Sway Bar Kit ? ANything good or Bad ?

Yes I have the front/rear kit. Rear is 6-way adjustable(91 civic si) which is nice. Front bar was only on the car for a month or so, it created too much understeer for my liking. Stock front with poly bushings & shortened end links works best for me. On a FWD car you want the larger bar on the rear.

My friend runs the front and rear, and say it has a very pleasing nuetral feel to it, and that is the goal. If it has too much understeer for you leave the front but upgrade the rear to an ITR.
