Good evening (once again)...
Got an '88 Teg, w/ A/C...
A couple of months ago, when I would turn on the fan switch, the fan would not blow as hard as it should. Now, it does nothing when you turn on the switch. I don't think the switch is defective...when I turn on the A/C button, and then turn on the switch to any fan speed position, the A/C light comes on, and the A/C engages (followed by a horrible squeal...yeah...need a compressor overhaul...well...needed it for about a few years now!). It only does me good when I'm on the freeway, with fresh air on.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Jason

i am sorry to say, but when you start to realize that something is not right the best thing to do is figure out why. don't wait till the last second and be like damn. it is hard to say what is exactly wrong when it could be a relay, the compressor, or needs to be recharged, or there might be a leak. you might have to take it to a shop. it only cost me $100. it s worth it when it comes to your ac.
