Help Please!!!

ok my car was dropped when i bought it. but when i was changing the belts and notice that the strut bar(i think) was fucked up so i was wondering those anyone know if it is the strut bar or what? its what is holding the wheels but it is like a scrunchy thingy so help with that i will put a pic with a circle so u guys can help me thanx..

a strut bar would be over the enigine connecting the two shock towers together. i dont think thats what your talking about.

ok like in in your picture the front wheel. inside of that its like a spring or the coilovers(whatever) inside of that its like a pole with something that looks like a scrunchy. what is that cause mine is messed up and i need to get some new ones. (its not the shocks or is it??)

with your description, it might be the dust covers for the pistons on the suspensions. Is the scrunchy thing the blue things you see inside the springs like in this pic these http://www.mines-wave.com/products2004/chassis/suspension/esta-street.html

dude, not a big deal, the car has old shocks and the "crunshy thing" is a dust cover.
when i bought the car they were long gone, i ended up replacing the stock unit with tiens, but that has nothing to do with the fact that i had no dust covers.

I Thinks Hes talking About the steering rack the shocks not really something you would be looking at while changing the belts.

But who knows

well from what i understand it made more sense for him to be talking about the shock but it could very well be the steering rack when i first read it thats what i thought then i went back and reread and it made more sense that he was talking about the dust boot on the shock

ok today i was reading a new mag edition for hci and it was the suspention so does any one know any good ones? i was thinking of the teins but too much.
