'98 T&C parking lights not working

Just purchased a 1998 Chrysler T&C LXI and have noticed that all the headlight features work except the parking lights. When put on 2nd detent I get no lights or cluster lights. Works normal on all other settings??

I think that I am just stating the obvious here but here goes the fuses, the parking lights have a separate fuse I think it is the sixth one down from the top in the 40amp line. The rear parking lights would be out too. Ride On, digimon
