well its about damn time...
the snow FINALLY looks like its done for a few months so all the nice cars are coming out now. in the past two days i've had 4 kick ass car sightings. we'll start with the crappy one first:

Mazda RX-8
First one I've seen around here. Saw it stopped at a stop light on my way into work. Dark silver, nice color.

Porsche Boxter S
Saw two within a matter of about 30 seconds. Turned behind one and drove behind it for a minute and then turned into work and at the end of the driveway, there's another one. I almost missed the turn i was so amazed. First one was red, second one was yellow. Both awesome looking cars.

and now for the best one...
I go to the post office yesterday to send some stuff (obviously). The stamp machine doesn't work so i'm mildly pissed off. so i go out side, go to pull out and as i'm waiting to go, i see a guy pull into the driveway accross the street, get out of his truck and just stand there staring at something. he kinda blocked my view so i look over the truck and see this yellow car. so then he moves and its a freaking Lamborghini Murcielago. i just sorta sat there in amazement for a second until the guy behind me honked. so i made the 10 minute drive home in about 3 minutes to get my brother just to make sure i wasn't seeing things. so i got him, got my ass back up there and it was still there, so i pulled in and parked next to the Lamborghini. we just kinda sat there in awe for about 30 seconds. now, if you live where i do, you realize that the best car you're probably gonna see is a BMW, Mercedes, or occaisonal porsche. i've NEVER seen a Lamborghini.

i doubt i'll see anything better then that anytime soon (or at least until my cousin gets his Ferrari out of storage)

sux to live where u live then lol... i have at least seen 6 of those this year here in las vegas.... but they look a lot nicer in real life than in pictures dont they... i still prefer the diablo's agressive styling over the murcielago though

Awesome. That's what it's like where I live. I have seen 4 Ferraris on the road in my entire life, and the coolest car I have ever seen parked that I could take pictures of would be a Porsche 911 Turbo. Nice silver color.

if you only knew ghetto...
i probably live in one of the most car deprived cities in the world and winter doesn't help things.

all the nice cars are coming out now though, so it might not be that bad for the next few months.

saw a couple 350Z's today and another porsche (might have been the same red one as yesterday)

Yeah, spring is great for cars. I've seen about 5 porsche boxter and carreras and just yesterday pulled up alongside an orange lambo murciélago.

Ah... life in Naperville, IL..

the best I have seen here in Topeka, KS is 2 vipers rolling around. Saw a yellow R/T and a Black one, couldnte tell, it passed on the highway going the other way, has a roof, so I am assuming its a GSR

I saw another 911 Turbo, I have 12 pictures of it. I wish I had somewhere to host my pictures :( This one was in my home town! The silver one I saw was in Calgary, but this one was in my small hometown of 7000 people. I think the owner was a drug dealer, or some kind of criminal. :uhoh:

In my town we never see real ritzy high priced sports cars like porsches and what not, but the other day I saw some guy drive by me in a completely cherry 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge complete numbers matching but swapped the 400 for a 455 I follwed him to see the car and found he only lived a couple blocks from me I started talking to him about it and he showed my the complete and ORIGINAL engine and tranny that only have 23000 miles. I was stunned at the beauty of the car. I also saw a 69 plymouth GTX sporting a 426 hemi pushing 700 horse.
