brake light won't turn off

I have a 1991 integra ls but the brake lights won't turn off. please help I need my car. I turn of the car off light of pump the brakes and thier still on. Thanks.

sounds like you need a new brake light switch , look under the dash right behind the brake pedal you should see a plunger type switch , most likely that is your problem
