So Much Help--I need it that is! '89Ford Probe

I need to do the following to my probe. My question to you fellas is do you have any ingenious tips, step by steps, or reccomended web sites for the following procedures:
Drive Belt***see bottom
Oil Leak--researching/checking
Coolant Leak--""
Window--shattered rear
Radio Light-- half of display lights how do i get to bulb
Fog Lights-- have but need to mount better
Winsheild Wipers--that i know
Paint--from silver/black to i think midnight and black
Spoiler--put one on from the junkyard i wanna go bigger no help needed here really.
Leaky Box--near rear view
Clean Engine--just spiffing and painting
Seat Covers
Carpet
Thermostat
Struts-The Big One!

*** The belt that was the final blow (to the running ability of me probe)is one of two in the alternator system--what's it called? Drive belts are the newer all-in-one belts right!? So this is what--serpentine?!

Also--How many coats do you recommed when painting and is a clear coat a good idea after?
I'm going to regret even thinking this but how much work, and cost will dropping a six entail!? I just want to let everyone know that i do have 3-4 guy friends who are schooling for this and will be helping me so don't discourage! I just want to find everything out first!
