Yokomo kits

What do the yokomo drift kits come with? can i just put them together and drive or do i have to buy some extra stuff?..like some kits say "electronics not included" what is considered the "electronics"

That stuff is the motor. ESC, Servo, Reciver, controller, so the car is just a roller.

Unless a kit says its RTR, 95% of the time you need electronics. This is done a measure so taht teh customer wont have to replace the included motor, that he paid for in the price of the kit, with another $25 motor. The same goes for the ESC, reciever, transmitter and steering servo. except those are usually more costly replacements. I replaced the stock controller on my emaxx with one that was abotu 175. I would have much rather bought the kit without teh transmitter and radio than the RTR, but unfortunatly, that was not an option.

what are some good companys that make these parts? I have owned R/Cs before but this will be my first time putting together a kit.
