Hyundai Heater Odor

Hello. I Own A 2001 Hyundai Accent With 55,000, (no A/c). When I Turn On The Heat I Get A Strong Chemical Smell. The Car Is Still Under Warranty So I Brought It To Hyundai. They Told Me The Rear Wheel Cylinders Are Leaking And Dripping Onto The Exhaust Componets Creating The Odor. This Doesn't Sound Logical To Me. Is This Possible? I Was Expecting A Leaking Heater Core, Though I Haven't Noticed A Loss Of Fluid. If The Antifreeze Is Old Will I Get An Odor If The System Isn't Leaking? Thanks For Your Help.

I had a problem a while back after an oil change where Hyundai cracked the sheath that the oil dip stick slides into. The oil was dripping onto the manifold and when I turned on the heat it was like I was being gassed. Just a guess. Hope all turns out well. :smokin:
