What Eclipse's come turbo stock? Specific please :p

Yes...the spyder GS-T (T indicating turbo) is a turbo. The GS-X's are also turbo (X indicating turbo/AWD), However, much to my dismay, there was never a Spyder GS-X (Damnit I wanted one too). :( I did, during my search for my current spyder, find a Spyder that some idiot put a GS-X sticker on :screwy: Yes...all years up to 2000 did come with the option of a turbo.

Do we have any reason as to why they didn't make the Spyder GSX? I definately wouldn'y mid having one either.

whos done targa top convo on eclipses? that would be way hot on my 93

Many... well few on 2gnt are the ones I know of.
Never seen it on a 1g though

did it on a civic, but not on an eclipse. it's pretty dificult and actually decreases the rigidity of the vehicle because you're cutting into the cars upper frame. not a major problem by any means though. only if you roll it haha. as far as the gsx thing in the spyder I think it has to do with the weather (like joemathews said) and also the fact that the spyders weigh more, and an awd weighs more. it's just too much weight.

Most of the targa DSM's have roll cages (should at least), so if you don't plan on spending a boatload of cash, I wouldn't worry about it. The first person that comes to my mind is dre99gsx, along with some others on dsmtuners.

I will slap the next person that leaves the Laser out of a DSM discussion. ;)

I do really like lasers, so while on the subect did all 92's come with the 4/6 knockout? If so I might have to look into buying one.

LandoAWD did you have your 20g last track season?

I'm pretty sure all the 92s came with that configuration, but don't take that as gospel.

I put the 20g on at the end of the last track season, and the only good test thusfar was a modded 03 Cobra the other day...lets just say I need some more practice tuning. I didn't get whopped too bad at all (hooray), but he was pulling away...especially after 120.

Al Blaha was one of the faster DSMers "back in the day". He makes modified 1g MAFs with the entire lower chamber removed and a potentiometer in the temp sensor relay.

My off topic: Got to ride in his 9sec Supra a while back when he dropped his MAF off with me...GOOD LORD that shit is fast.

I have personally seen 7 bolt 92s. Yes, they do exist ;) But they are very rare.
