Is it worth buying???

This week my brother took me in his 92 nissan 240 sx to go to the art center.When we parked in the lot I saw a cool sry...Awsome car!It was an early 1900's celica that was modified. I asked my brother if our parents would allow me to get one when i am 16.Well basically i am just wondering if it is worth buying or should i save up money for a different car but since i am in a celica chatroom the answer would be yes but i am also wondering if there can be great parts to put into it so it will be a better car overall. when u say (im assuming) early 1990's did it have pop up lights? or 4 circular lights in the front?

if you are a rally fan and its an all trac... i would say its a good car... lots of after market ect.... when u say great parts, wut do u mean? performance, looks, ????
