i think that FWD is consistently like .3 slower than AWD most of the time. it may be closer to .5 slower. i can't remember exactly. it was probably like between .3 and .5 slower...lol... so take your faster AWD times and add like .4 to it. i would say somewhere in the 12's.

look at all the 20g's on the FWD chart, then plan on being somewhere between those.. depending on how decked out your car will be,

a bigger turbo isn't going to get you any more top speed... thats in your transmission and gear ratios. the turbo just helps you get there faster. but a 20g is a good turbo. You might want to look into the evo if you're gonna be doing more street style instead of drag racing.

A 20g FWD on the highway will be no worse off than a AWD with a 20g. In other words, it will pull you along nicely ;)

Turbo size can affect top speed, when you consider that the smaller turbos wont make enough power to overcome wind resistance at high speed and max out 5th gear. Once you have a turbo than can take you to redline in 5th gear, then you are correct. Its all gear ratios after that point (and more power to turn that taller gear ;) )
