door lock problems

my 96 tahoe door locks will not power unlock.

The driver door lock operates normally but the rest do not. when i push the unlock button the rest try to unlock but it seems like they do not have the power to do it.

I was wondering if I have a bad relay or something...any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

from what Ive read around the forum and other places its the actuators, my drivers side and my rear locks both periodically fail to lock when i use the remote, but they work when i use the interior switches, anyway I already have the door panels off to install some accoustic foam I'll test both sides and maybe come up with more info....

I had the same problem on my '99. The door locks were "lazy". Both of the actuators needed to be replaced.
