New Gauge faces

hey where can i find a Gauge face that has a speedometer that goes over 120 for a 1997 Thunderbird LX 4.6L V8... doesn;t matter wat color the face is "preferably white" but as long as the speedometer goes 120+!!...HIT ME UP, tell me if they even make em.. thankz

Jc Whitney has universal speedometers that read 140 I don't remeber the color of the face.

sorry just thought about it you can't just change the gage face to change the range you have to change the whole thing.

you can try a gauge face from the Taurus SHO, I forget the year exactly, I came across the info on tccoa.com. The SHO gauges top @ 140 mph

If your still looking for gauges, go to http://www.geocities.com/slhrbacek/Gauges.html. They have 4 gauge clusters for the 97 T-bird that go up to 200 MPH. The guy sells them, so you can buy if you like.

Gauge faces are completly different from gauges.

the super coupes go to 150..

only 94/95 sc's went to 145. earlier sc's went to 120.

I had an 88 plymouth voyager, and the gauge went up to 130! And my bird's only goes to 120.

Yea, isnt that what he wanted?

putting a 145 gauge face on a 120 speedo will just mess up the reading. you'd have to change the speedometer itself.

I really should read things more carefully.

well technically he did ask where to get new gauge faces, but i'm assuming he meant a new speedo gauge, because, as mentioned, changing just the face won't do anything.

You can't change just the face and expect the gauge to read with the new face. You have to get the whole gauge. If you want it that bad you could just go digital.

thankz, ya i havent been to descriptive... but wen i go over 120 and it stayz past 120.. there has to be a speedometer face that goes beyond that.. and i did hear that the taurus SHO speedo does go to 145
