How to refinish rims????

Does anyone have any good links or can they type up some instructions on how to refinish rims on your own???

sand blast...then powdercoat...that simple...ohh...u have to have a sand blaster...and a powder coater

I dont think you can do it by yourself, you would have to take it somewhere.
