Water in Cabin Fan

I have a 2000 Grand Prix GT. I have been getting water in my fan. I have drained it several times but the water comes right back with in a day or two with no rain. After searching the forum, it sounds like the A/C condensation tube is plugged. I have tried to find it per other remarks in this forum, but they have different years and I can't find were the hose it! Can anyone tell me in detail were this hose is located.
