legallizing a skyline r34 gtr

first of all, if i buy a skyline overseas, how do i have it imported correctly and what must be done to legalize it?

if it's an r34, there's no way to get it legalized.
take a look around.
motorex let the "permission" to legalize r34's go unrenewed. so you can't get an r34 legalized.

why do you people not just email the companies that we ALLLLL know have the information?
