Ok I just wanted to get this cleared up really quik, ok in a turbo kit it comes with an exhaust manifold or header i cant tell, and im getting a b18c swap for my civic, so would it be a good idea to get dual exhaust or no? And also if im getting a turbo kit would i be able to buy new headers or do i need special headers?

Basically get an exhaust bigger and better than stock. I guess 2.5" is good enough piping. The "special header/exhaust manifold" u will need is a turbo manifold. If u are gonna buy a turbo kit it should come with it.

Dual exhaust is almost never a good idea for a four cylinder. Dual exhaust was designed for V configuration engines. If you only have one bank of cylinders there is no reason that you should have more than one pipe past the exhaust collector. Some exceptions apply (mainly rear/mid engine cars).
Since you are considering a turbo, then I suggest increasing the pipe diameter to 2.25"-2.50".
If you would like to know the reason why, then www.howstuffworks.com probably has a pretty good, general, explaination.
