I always liked the way the accords looked and to bad they dont make the V6 in a manual or I would have bought one over my Si. Anyone heard of a company that has made a manual for V6 Accords?

yeah, there is a company and name of company is [b}ACURA[/b].
you can use manual trannies of 1st or 2nd gen Legend, but they're not bolt-on type swap, they required a lot of custom work.
in addition to custom work, you have to trick out stock ECU (unless you buy AEM programmable ECU for $1800)
ECU controls engine operation and shifting point of tranny, if ECU losses communication with tranny it won't let engine to rev above 5000rpm and VTEC won't get engaged.
for more infomation on this subject you might visit this place -> http://www.v6accord.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=542
and talk to RATEDXXXRACING he has 5sp swap on his 98 V6.

I've never heard of a company that would make a 5spd tranny for the V6. The Accord EX tranny MIGHT work but im not sure if it could hold the power or not.:(

right now...there's no fool proof way of swapping a manual tranny. possibly in the future, when teh CL-S 6 spd is released, we might be able to do that. but it would cost $$$. go to www.v6accord.com for details
