thought of this only to find that its been thought of before.
putting a targa top on a 92 prelude.
heard ideas about it, but never seen it done. any input?

I believe that it was 1982 when they made a convertible prelude.. other than that, I don't know. Most preludes I see have sun roofs, which makes any center roof support a little harder to fabricate.

TT's have been done on Civics before. It costs roughly 5 grand to do right, or else you are looking at leaking problems and having the top panels fly off when you drive.

yeah, i figured it would be pretty costly. its a cool idea though.
if there is anyone out there who isnt a poor college student and feels like they have the energy (and money of course) to do it, good luck! and dont forget to show it off here so we can all drool at it. :eek7:
