Fucking hell! I'm sick of these people constantly telling me to call back all the time! Either hire me or don't, but don't fucking waste my time with this wild goosechase bullshit!

I've applied to aobut 10 different places to work, ranging from autozone to grocery stores to corner garages to dealerships, but they all jerk my chain around, and i'm getting fucking sick of it! I'll do the shit work even, i just need a source of income already!

BAH!

I've felt the same frustration before. There's nothing you can do but stick with it, something'll come up...

And I thought that i was one of the only people in Boston who got jerked around with finding a Job!!!! It's been like that for me for over a year now, and yeah i'm sick of it too. Even if you keep on calling back, they never give you a clear answer which is pure hardcore BullShit...

thats gotta suck, because you can tell you aren't limiting yourself to just one type of job, and have applied at a broad variety. just don't get frustrated and keep on applying. make sure your resume is in top shape with a good mission statement. tack on all certificates that make you qualified, and add lots of letters of recomendations. remember, its all about selling yourself.

It takes perseverence. I looked for a job for 4 months, several applications each day, before I landed something worthwhile. on line apps are a problem. So many people can spray every job ad with resumes, yours gets lost in the shuffle.
I wish applicants would be selective. That way, an employer would not have to look through 800 applications, 750 of which are from people who don't really care about that one job anyways.

:D Steel, you probably need to be a little more creative with your resume. Email it to me and I'll tidy it up a bit for you ;)

I'm still waiting for a yes/no from a certain place. Its been six weeks now.

I did ring them, and they explained why, so its cool, but still a little frustrating.
