Exhaust or Intake

Does anybody know what the difference between Exhaust cams and Intake cams are?:confused:

The different lobes on the cam(s) which control the intake or exhaust valves.

Enzo's right but here's a pic. As if you were looking at the motor standing in front of the car, with the valve cover off. I took this when I put the JWT S3 cams in. BTW this is the SR20DE in a P11 G20. Hope this helps a bit.
