Ok.Lets begin. For some suggestions you can start by looking at some tech articles at www.tccoa.com

For starters,(and the financially challenged)you can remove the air-silencer,or buy some underdrive pulleys. They usually go for about 90-130 dollars.Pretty cheap.

Exhaust, you can get some from http://MagnaFlow.com/
or
http://www.FlowmasterMufflers.com/

They usually wont have any applications for a thunderbird. But a mustang from the same year/engine size will usually fit perfectly in there.(Thats probably why you cant find a lot of parts)

And if you need a little more inspiration, just go here.

Tccoa are the kings of mn12 parts/info.

Very sorry for the 2nd post, but the edit button kept giving me a "This page cannot be displayed".

Your local radio shack usually has those in stock. They have a pretty large selection.
