HI and thanks for all the help in the past.
Truck is a '95 C1500, 350 Auto with 100k.
Over the past year, I've noticed an intermittent problem with the headlights. Depending upon the position of the tilt steering wheel, the headlights may or may not come on. With the switch set to full headlights, I can move the steering wheel throughout its range and watch the lights go on and off.
I crawled underneath the steering column and checked the main wiring harness connection that screws together. I took it apart, checked all the connections and re-connected. Headlight relay is good as I would suspect because my backup is running in Park mode where the daytime running lights are on, just a tad dimmer.
I'm thinking something is amiss in a harness somewhere within the steering column, but wanted to see if others had the same problem.
thanks for your help.
