engine swap

i have a 350 5.7 tbi in my 89 caprice it run great but the car is just too heavy for racing. So i want to buy a box style S-10 and drop my engine in it. the problem is how do i wire up the tbi. do i have to use the computer in my car. can you even do that please help im lost here this is my first engine swap. does anyone know if they make a kit for this so that i can make it caburated?????????????????????????????????????
