Porting the cylinder heads, throttle and intake

I concidering porting out my cylinder heads, throttle body and intake manifold, also getting the camshaft grind.
Before I do all that I want to know, does this really work?

I have a 90 accord with engine F22A1, (I know what most are going to say "why don't you do a SWAP" but I believe in doing the most with what you have.) I want to get over 200 HP before going Turbo or Nitrous.
