brake upgrade??

I have a 98 1500, I am upgrading my engine, and I have 22" wheels, I want to put a bigger brake system on the front, and convert the rear from drum to disc, is this more work than it's worth? I don't know what good systems are out there, if anybody has a recomendations let me know. Thanks

upgrade the front, leave the rear alone

unless you want to go all show, disc in the back would just cost you more money.
