I got mine for my 03 from the stealership 70 bucks but it is the best looking one out there and it doesn't touch the hood at all! I had one on my 92 that was aftermarket the used nipples on the hood to help it stay off the hood, but over time they came off and the guard rubbed the shit out of my paint! :nono: :banghead: they do help and the bra looks guy on a truck and after time the paint around the bra will fade and if you ever take it off the paint will mis match red

Hate to $ay it but go with the original Toyota hood protecter. I found it to be a better fit.
I first tried an aftermarket one, can't even remeber the name of it now, and it began to leave tiny scratches on the top of my grill.

Have an aftermarket, "Bugflector II" on my 98 Tacoma, and have had no problems. The little nipples that came with it are still there, over 6 yrs and 140,000 miles later. Use the following link to order: http://www.truckstuffusa.com/bugiibyautve.html

I just bought a Lund for like 35 bucks, it fits good and went on easy, it comes with rubber nubs that look like they could take a beating. its definately the cheaper option.

I bought a OEM bug deflector, easy to install and yes it was expensive as heck but I have seen toyota's without them and the hoods get eaten big time.
