I put some Aerospeed ajustable coilovers on my 97 accord and they give an aweful ride:mad: . i have them lowered to half of the allowment. is there anything that i can do to improve the ride. it doesn't seem to be any better. i don't want raise it any more then i'll be at stock height.

aftermarket struts will help a bit but not much....best bet is to sell them and get lowering springs or get Ground Control coilover sleeves.

get rid of them and get some thing better, like GC.

Well your best bet is to get better quality lowering springs.
I did that but my ride is pretty stiff now.....I don't know. I never had coilovers so I don't know how different springs and coilovers are. I see a lot of cars going for those Neuspeed lowering springs.
THey have these nice coilovers at my local custom images shop for $200 but I don't want to get them since I THINK that they will give a bad ride quality. Still I think its a better idea to have coilovers than springs.
Honda99, what are those GC ones? Got any pics of links?

GC is short for Grount Control.

I too once had coilovers. Hated it. Now I have Nuespeed Sport springs with a 1" drop. Believe me it's a better ride with a lot less noise.
