well.....its quite easy to do it....
follow these simple steps

1- make sure you have you enough room in your trunk for the NSX's V6 by climbing in and closing door
2- stay in sun for several hours to simulate engine block warming and expansion
3- pretend you are the nsx's engine as you head towards the burning abyss

I'm guessing the back half of an NSX, and then some.. time.. money.. skills..

I think it'd sit right where your rear seats would be. Ventilation might be a problem, and since your car doesn't have a rear hatch, so would be installing it. If you are talking about putting it up front, you'd probably have a bit of trouble with the drivetrain. Probably have to use standalone engine management.. It'd be cool as hell to see though.

having an MR prelude with the NSX engine would be nice. you'd be killing lots of cars N/A stock. :)

you would have to refab the entire rear section of the car, hardcore. it would be easier to put it in the back of an old civic hatch, right behind the front seats. that would be wicked.

i imagine you are just joking, b/c if you were serious you wouldn't ask advice on it, you would just do it... but it could be done. anything can be done. i've seen small block chevy, rwd civic hatchs'. it was poorly done, but cool. it still took mucho money, and alot of patience.

What's needed? Alot of expertise in fabrication.
