Launch Control!!??

Hey all,
I have a 1986 GA-70 MKIII Supra that I have slightly modifed - list of mods found here www.supras.co.nz/mods.html
I am about to fit launch control to her (she's a manual with a W58 box) and the one I am getting is a Gizmo branded one. Just wondering if anyone has ever hooked up launch control to a 1G-GTE and how did they go about it?

You talking about a two step rev limiter type system?

Well you could possibly call it that - it is an actual launch control device that you can set to limit the revs by cutting into the ignition signal. Its a gizmo branded one but I have yet to find anything on the net about it.

Well I don't know of anyone who has put it on a 1G-GTE, or the "gizmo" brand, but there have been a couple of people on supraforums to use them. Mostly the MSD dis4 with some very nice results.
