94 GP SE Major Problems

1994 Grand Prix SE... Very rough idle, replaced IAC value then the EGR value. IAC helped with the idle slightly. It is idleing high and once you place it in gear and try to give it a little gas it dies. In park, I can very slowly bring it up to 4000 rpm's. Once there is sputters and will not go any higher. Then disconnected the ERG value and it ran the same so I changed it out with nothing happening. I really need help on this one.
