oil light

i've changed the oil in my 01 grand prix and need to turn off the change oil light. how is this done?

This should help...

With out starting your car turn your key to the on position or 5 seconds, turn it off for 10 seconds. Then start it. That should reset it. If not disconnect your battery for a few minutes.
