We have them on the VR4s. Wen its ON it softens the engine noise. But it does say when its on then you only operate at half power. E.g. turning it OFF,it goes into Sports Mode

Oh... but.... what's really the point then? The engine isn't really that noisy is it?

yo jay it shouldnt do that i had silent mode on at santa pod raceway last week and it didn't reduce my power, its more of a jap gimmick than anything else i think. it does take that drone away tho when you are on the motorway, :-)

Hmmm...if thats the case, i won't need to ever turn it ON, i kinda like the raw they makes on the motorway. Bri, this is the way we have to educate these Fiesta freaks!

The ECS is the suspension control.

Sport/Tour is for the exhaust control. Here's a rough shot from the VR4

What's funny is that on my 96, that button you labeled ECS is cruise control on/off. Do you guys have a cruise control on/off button, or just the buttons used to set/accelerate/resume it on the steeringwheel?

Aw crap! I did mislabel the dang picture :banghead:

Sorry about that. You are right that is the cruise button. The ECS is a button on the right side of the display and the Sport/Tour is labled right :banghead:

Thanks for pointing that out. Only two weeks to go to get the Spyder out of storage and I can get some new interior pictures.
