Asshole drivers

So i'm in the far right hand land of 3 lanes right, and i see the ambulance coming up, i have to turn right soon, so i'm thinking "maybe i can make it without having to move" big mistake, i underestimated the speed of the ambulance (sirens flashing and all) so i decide (with plenty of time) to merge into the middle lane, but, this TOTAL asshole kept speeding up next to me, preventing me from merging, he was cutting me off, so i fang it back into 3rd gear while going 70km/h and i speed up to 80 (the limit was 70, that's pretty fast, around 30mph i think) and the prick starts to accelerate, i can't slow down because that way i'm inviting the ambulance to tail gate me in a desperate attempt to get past me (i am trying to move out of his way) and there was another asshole behind this asshole following him, so he speeds up as i said, so i speed up to 90, so does he, then 100 (60mph), then finally, i start to accelorate harder and faster then literally cut him off, just as the ambo flys past me, then i slam on my breaks to:
1) piss him off
2) teach him a lession
3) lower my speed so i don't lose my licence.
And what does he do? he flashes HIS lights at ME and starts so get road rage! what a total loose! Christ, if i had my camera with me.......

This just tops off a perfect week i've had.

I can't remember who gave me the idea, but start carrying paintballs in your car, quick 'un out the window and they'll get off your back in a hurry.

people annoy me to hell when an ambulence comes. its like they dont even notice it. c'mon now, there is a loud noise and flashing lights on that vehicle coming up, you might want to get out of the way. stupid drivers.

Happens everyday here in So Cal. No one wants to give up an inch. I pull over for emergency vehicles and people are wondering what the heck I'm doing. I stop for pedestrians and get horns blazing at me.

Yea im pretty use to it, living in Southern Cali all my life u get used to it, but as they say "If you cant beat them join them," nowadays I do most of the honking :)

You did everything right except slam (im talking about slamming your brakes, not pressing your brakes safely to slow down) your brakes right in front of him for no apparent reason. Heres the reason why

1. The asshole behind you might not react as fast and could actually hit you. If that happens, he has the right to sue you regardless of not letting you pass, because you slammed your brakes for no apparent reason but just to piss him off. Also if he hits you it can cause a little ripple efffect and could cause many injuries hell maybey even deaths.
2. Comon now, dont mess up does brakes pads
3. You coulda spinned out of control and heck maybey u coulda died

What I would have done in that situation and any smart person would do is after going in front of him I start slowing down and once we reach a stop light, put my car in parking and put the emergency brake on (u can never be too safe :) ) and beat the living shit out of him :)

Same here....I stop for stopsigns, and people behind me (on occasion) honk. It seems the 'rolling stop' is the norm around here......last time I looked, the ticket for one was $153 and 2 points.

If anyone does that to me, I make sure my stops last, oh, about 10 seconds......and if they pass me, they get the 400 watt high beams.

yes, yes, it is fun to piss people off even more. they thing honking at you or being on your ass will make you go faster, ha, it makes me go slower. right now i have an old car so i dont care what happens to it.

now, if you're in somewhere where you drive on the right... you're the ass. if not... let the other dude hit you and buy you a new car!

If he sued me for that, I could counter-sue his ass for actually hitting me. Here in australia, the person in front has right of way, he can't sue cause i slammed by breaks on because what if a dog rang infront of me? or an old lady?

Plus, if he hit me, i could get a brand new ass of my car at his expence, muahaha

you should have just kept on going instead of brake checking him.....if anything you should have hit your windshield washer fluid switch while accelerating in front of him...goes right on his windshield, and works every time:evillol:

DUDE!!! Calm down, ok? I wouldn't do that, because, 1) I don't have a lawyer, 2) I have no legal ground, 3) I can't afford the fees, and 4) I don't GIVE A SHIT.

Slowing down would:
1) Make me slower, the ambulance faster, I would just be getting in the way of the ambulance, and 1a) THAT'S AN OFFENCE 1b) I CAN LOOSE MY LICENCE 1c) That's just fucking stupidity, and would make me an inconsiderate prick, which I'm not.
2) Only prevoke the other driver, and the guy behind him to further not let me in, therefore commiting an offence, and possible loss of licence, even worse, huge ass fines I CAN'T AFFORD.
3) Because the asshole wouldn't let me in, slowing down, and/or staying at that speed would only make the ambulance get to wherever he was going slowly, that move could cost someones life. How does that compare to your *theoretical* material gain?

The only concern I had that day, was GETTING THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY OF AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE. Don't they do that where you come from?

Oh the ever so slow decay of the intelligance of the people on the internet.

And yes, Australia is becoming Americanised, I'll be the first to admit that. It's a world-wide fact that, infact, almost every country is becoming Americanised, think about the TV you watch, the food you eat, and the products you buy, before you start to critasize the minority.

Oh, and BTW, I only said the counter-suing thing, because there is a chance I can. Plus, If I DID have to slam my breaks on in another lane to allow the ambulance through, and I caused a slight accident, which is better? Sueing his ass, or the loss of someones life because I couldn't move? WELL? Think about it next time you decide to mock.

I don't want to come off as an asshole, or a bit of a jerk off, just, it just annoys me that some people judge with out looking at the spectrum, although you may not have in your sence, it sure has seemed that way to me.

my friend has a jeep cherokee and it has a rear windshiled wiper and fluid nozzle on the back. he turned his squirter around to face the other way so he can spray it directly on cars behind him if he decides.

that is one of the funniest things i have ever heard. i would love to that because that is one of my pet peeves, when somebody is riding on my ass.

If you drive stick, I'd recommend stalling it out and then not being able to get the car moving again until the next green. Works esp. well if you're female. :)
