First thing you should do is get a Haynes or chilton manual for the car, it'd help you out a lot

put the rear of the car up in the air, put the rear control arm mounts on jack stands, so that the diff hangs free in space. then use a pump jack to lift the rear end assembly a few inches to take thepressure off all the mounting bolts. undo the shocks, and the panhard bar and then let the pump jack down slowly, this should create enough travel in the rear end to pull the rear springs out without trouble. put the new ones in, pump up the rear with the pump jack, and put it all back together, and put it down.

the front is a bit different, im not sure exactly what has to be done, but im pretty sure youll need a spring compressor for those, but its still pretty much the same song and dance. put the front end on jackstands at the frame, then use the pump jack to slightly raise the A-arm of the front end, undo the strut and take it out, remove the spring, put the new one in, and put it back together. any company you buy the springs from shuold be able to tell you how to do this, hell, the springs should come with instructions.
