FireBird needs some help

I have a 1994 formula firebird it has factory radio with dials for radio on steering wheel and cruise control i cant get either to work i checked fuses i was wondering is their another fuse for these or anyone have a clue whats wrong with it ,

It could just be faulty wiring, I'm no expert or anything, but I know the radio in my TA doesn't always work anymore, and it's not the fuse, but now the radio antenna is stuck up forever and it looks like crap lol. :(

I had that checked and didnt seem nothing was wrong with wiring the Bird doesnt look like dash or steering has ever been took apart. will a computer or anything that you can hook up to it tell this?
