cant find fuse box

help i think i have blown a fuse to my cigar lighter and lost the ignition power to the clock and radio,and also the fold in mirrors do not work either any ideas its a 92 imported g-limited

On the US model, there is a fuse block located in the left kick panel: http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/electrical/volume1/relay_locations/Electrical_019_0001.jpg

I'm not sure where is it in the RHD models...
