rover 620 lefthand drive headlights help!!!

Hi,
I have a righthand drive uk spec rover 620 si, I have recently exported the car to norway which is no problem but they want me to change the headlights to left hand drive spec, (so the beam is flat or directs up on the right hand side not the left) does anybody know where I can get a CHEAP set from as they are really expensive for a new set from rover over here. Or does anybody know if it is possible to deflect the beam from inside the headlight( not using the stick on deflectors)
please help me!! :-)
