How much horsepower do you get after doing and LS VTEC swap. The consisting of the following:

1999 Integra RS block
CIVIC SI Head

Then how much more adding an AEM CAI, Nology plug wires, Denso Iridium plugs, With Tanabe Super Medalion Exhaust, DC Sport Headers.

Oh its a B16 head dual valve springs if that matters
