The gear shaft cover is one of these http://www.richbrook.co.uk/pages/gearshaftsleeve.html (short version) I have also fitted since an Audi TT gear knob to fit in with the overall look. The Ferrari is in fact a MR2 Turbo with a 355 kit on it.
