I have a 1996 Maxda B2300 pickup truck and I love this truck. It has been a good dependable truck. :smokin:
I am having a problem that my mechanic can not figure out so I will describe the issue and ask for help here.
The problem is a rough idle, and I do mean rough! as in shaking, when the engine is cold. Also the truck will stall if I accelerate and then stop quickly while the truck is cold. The computer code says cylinder number 3 mis-fires and sometimes a vapor lock.
My mechanic assures me that the problem IS NOT mechanical in nature. They checked compression, new plugs and wires, new coil packs. Injectors are good as well. Timing belt was recently replaced as well. My mechanic is convinced that the issue is electrical. I think he knows what he is talking about!
Please, anyone else having this problem and where should I look?

Well it is obvious I am not going to get help here, perhaps I am not at the right place. Can someone please let me know where I can help for this issue.
