That place is really irritating me. I made an order back in late January. Then got an email saying that it was on backorder. Then I emailed them like a month or so ago with an inquiry and I still have gotten no response from them. They need to remove the statement off their emails that says to email them with any questions.

yea i know me to i had something on back order and they never sent me it i had to go to the one in nyc to get it which i didnt mind cause its easier for me since i live like 30 mins away so

Yeah I know a lot of people who are having back order problems with them. Thats happened to me a few times :rolleyes:. My suggestions are not to order UT's or out of production models and not to order books, because I have had problems with ordering both of them :mad:. I would only buy the models they just get in like the MB SLR and Tuscan as those are featured models and are in high demand.
