2000 Silverado won't start when cold

My 2000 silverado will not start when it has been setting (overnight).
I had the fuel pressure valve replaced and it was fine for 4-5 weeks.
Now it's back to the same thing. Also, it misses now and then between 1200 and 1700rpms. Has 57000 on it. help!!!

check the fuel pressure. should be at least 60psi or it won't start.
