Rear Wiper?

I found a rear wiper off a dx in a nearby junkyard for $20. I'm thinkin about buying because I live out in the country and my rear windshield is getting dirty all the time. Before I buy it, I want too know if it's a plug and play item? I know I'll have to drill the correct size hole in the hatch, but that ain't a big deal. Here's the load down on what I've found:
- The plug that is in the right rear side panel has 6 wires coming from the car, but only 2 wires are going from the plug to the defogger.
- The car has the extra wires from the right rear side panel plug all the way up to the front dash.
- My base does not have the rear wiper plug that plugs up to the control arm.
I know fiercecivic hooked his up with an aftermarket switch. So all I know is that I'll have to take the harness (from the rear wiper) and plug it up to the plug in the rear panel. From their I'm lost because I don't know where the wires goes from their. Do they go under the carpet to the front, the side of the door of the roof? And from where do the wires from the back hook up too up front? I tryed following the rear wiper plug fromt the control arm, but it leads up somewhere under the dash where I can bearly reach. Does anyone know where this plugs up too?

Don't know for sure, but this might help... It's for a CRX. Don't know wether you've got a hatch or a rex, but the schematic should be the same for both... only difference would be parts and installation:

There's more, but I'm too lazy to copy/past/save/upload/link them...
Go here and download a manual:

(looks like you'll have to FTP them as of yesterday, but there's everything you could need there).

Wire to rear wiper is prone to breakage where it spans the gap from car to hatch.
Mine broke.

Thanks, that's helps a little. But I guess my question is now, where do the wires on the little plug up on the control arm go too. Do they hook up at the fuse box or do they hook up to another plug somewhere under the dash? If I could find this out, then I guess it's possible for a Standard to have a rear wiper. I mean, if the car has plugs for numerous other options, it surely would have a plug for this.
