i was wondering wich application would better fit my gsr setup ... i have i/e , with jdm r cams springs and retainers (about to switch up for spoon cams ) .... i would like to stay n/a for at least the next year and a half , but a boosted future does await ....O yea , most of my runs take place from a drop , so mid to high rpm power is what im looking for

you'd most likely want to go with the header. an IM would help you flow air better, but if you can't get the air out as fast as you can get it in, you're just wasing money... you'll want to let the car breathe before you let it suck.. if that helps

jcrx was saying that the spoon cams are endurance racing cams are you sure that's what you want to go with?
