92 cavalier fuel injectors are leaking...we have replaced o-rings on all 4 injectors and they still leak...could the fuel pressure regulator be the problem?...need quick answer...working on friends car as a favor and need to get it back to him...

if the fpr diaphram is torn that could be the cause. It could also be the injectors

Overly high fuel pressure will seldom cause an injector to leak.
I've run them up to 80 psi without so much as a drop.
Take them out and hang just the ends, one at a time in a cheap ultrasonic jewelry cleaner filled with fuel injector cleaner for awhile-you'd be surprised at the crud that falls out.
Then put 'em back with new o-rings and yer all set.
New O-rings will only cure external leaks-ya need to clean 'em to stop the internal leaks.
